PADI SCUBA DIVER

Take the PADI Scuba Diver course and be qualified to scuba dive with a maximum depth of 12m/40ft accompanied by a diving professional. In just one and a half days, you will be the holder of an internationally recognised PADI diving certificate. You will learn all the basics of scuba diving and more. Certification is achieved through a combination of practical skill assessments and knowledge review quizzes. It covers three of the five knowledge development sections of the PADI Open Water Course, plus the first three of five confined water sessions and the first two of four open water training dives. If you choose to progress to an Open Water Diver course at a later date, your Scuba Diver experience can be credited towards it.

Start your lifelong scuba diving journey with PADI’s most popular course, the PADI Open Water Diver course. This course takes an average of three to five days to complete and become certified. You will learn about scuba diving principles and basic skills, safety procedures, assembling and how to use your scuba equipment, and many more. You need to complete five confined and four open water dives under the supervision of a dive instructor. There will be practical tests and review quizzes to assess what you have learned. If you’ve already tried a PADI Discover Scuba Diver session or have a PADI Scuba Diver certificate, it may be credited towards this course.
